Enableing Flash on Demand

I was wondering how to enable F.O.D. for the stock browser. People keep telling me to go to plug-ins but i cant find it. Flash slows down my browsing and i want to still be able to view flash. Plz Help..

Open Browser> Menu Softkey> More> Settings> Scroll about halfway down and you should see a listing for Enable plug-ins with a button for a popup menu.
