Emailing videos

can someone please tell me how i can email videos i make with my droid?

Directions for sharing videos using Gmail app:

Open the gallery, find the video you want to email.

Long press on the icon, select Share, choose Gmail.

The video is attached to your email.

I tried it but it tells me limit size reached. I've tried it with a video a few seconds to ten seconds. It Doesnt work for my Droid. I can't send them thru text either. Help please!
