i just exchanged my new phone for another but same problem...echo on the receiving end. Many complaints...can't use the phone without driving people nuts.....whats going on and is there a fix?

Take off your plastic phone protector and try it again

Also try lowering the volume. I know a few friends mentioned an echo but it went away when I lowered the earpiece volume.

This is a known issue at Verizon that is supposed to be addressed in the Dec. 11th update...
