Easy Battery Precentage % In Status Bar

Is there an easy way or add-on that will give me the battery precentage in the top status bar. I am not looking for a full program with power usage and other applications. I just want a simple precentage, 100%dancedroid

the one i have is called "battery indicator" i think and that will give you % in status bar, batt temp, and batt health.
