[DX] DeOdexed Back-to-Stock w/ root?

I've got a Droid X with OTA 2.2 & root / Clockwork that I would like to DeOdex for a simple notification bar theme but keep otherwise stock (..for now).

Will the 928Droid-BackToStock-DroidX22-OTA-DeOdexed.zip do what I am after, or do I need to install one of the other DeOdexEERR zips first??
