duplicate txts with handcent

about 75% of the time i receive 2 or 3 copies of the same txt with handcent. does anyone else have this problem, or is this a setting i have set wrong?

Try going into your stock sms app and turning off auto retrieve.

I have this problem too, nowhere near 75% of the time, but enough to be annoying. Sometimes it's bad and some days it won't happen at all. I'll try that fix and see how it works.
