dumb question but i need help

I am trying to register on another note 2 forum but I can not figure out what to put in the Registration Question/ Bot Check. I am not sure if I am over looking something or if I am just that dumb.

I typed the two words in the box underneath the two words but not in the box for the question that I am talking about

The registration question is not the same answer as the image verification. I have never seen this on a registration form before
