droid x sound and froyo

I updated my new to me droid x to froyo and my results as to sound : I have some very old ( 1940's ) country music on my phone and before the update i had to actually hold it to my shoulder or better to hear it , after update i can hear it perfectly at arms length from me so i think the sound is much improved
