If someone has physical access to a device, nothing is secure.

That said, who really uses the swipe password thing? I can't imagine having to do that every time I unlocked the phone.

Just get WaveSecure - certainly not perfect or fool proof, but at least you have a chance of destroying your data before it is compromised.
