My droid is runny really hot. (or at least i would say so).

Its hot to the touch and both battery monitors are saying about the same temps

They are both reporting around 110 F.

ambient room temp is 70F

all i was doing this morning was playing pandora and charging(and i still am)and it was getting hot.

now i started playing armored strike and it took it up a few degrees?

whats the average running temp?

mine is never this hot

Are you running 2.0.1 or another rom? Since yesterday mine was also feeling warmer than usual. I was'nt doing much of anything either. I can see why your phone might get hot while using pandora and charging. When it uses the internet it usually gets warm. Like using the browser or downloading from market

data and charging at the same time will definitely bring battery temp up.

I wouldn't worry about it.

My battery is running at 77F right now. I leave it on pretty much 24 hours a day with the occasional reboot about once or twice a day. I don't really monitor the temp because it never feels hot to me, warm when i use GPS for awhile, but never hot. Might wanna go run some more tests or get that unit exchanged.
