Droid RAZR will not charge

Hello. I have a RAZR that will not charge. For the last week or so I have had a few instances where I plugged it into a wall charger overnight and it only charged partially to about 30%. Then the next time it charged as usual. Now it will not charge at all. I have tried a few different chargers and it doesn't show that it recognizes that it's plugged in at all. I have also plugged it into a USB cable connected to a PC and it doesn't recognize that either. I tried powering it down and connecting it to the charger overnight as well and this did nothing. Any help is appreciated.
