Those 2 links provide a backstory to my problem. Cliffs notes:

Was running CM7 ROM, tried to restore Data from a nandroid and phone bootlooped.
LCD cracked. (phone sorta pissed me off)
Replaced LCD
Once I put it back together, several times, Volume buttons worked only at times. Took apart and checked parts. Buttons physically working fine but software not recognizing button presses.
Finally able to reach bootloader and SBF to 3.8.7
Still bootloops, but because volume buttons don't work, unable to highlight factory reset option in stock recovery.
Unable to access phone using ADB because since I SBF'd, USB debugging is disabled.

Basically, I need a way to reset the phone but I'm not sure how to go about it with broken volume buttons and unable to access the phone via ADB.

Need to get this phone working because my brothers Pixi Plus is almost dead.
