droid photos to google maps

Can I take photos with my droid and link them, geotag, to google maps? Does it take a free app or ?

Assuming you are running 2.1 the camera app can automatically store the gps location where the photo is taken. Simply go to Settings and enable "Store Location." If you're going to use the feature, however, be sure your GPS has located you. Otherwise, you're likely to have the location stored as your nearest cell tower.

I am messing with that, and I can not figure out how to put the pictures onto the Google map for my track I made. The pictures will show as a different check box but I want to merge that photo with a certain track and not have say 20 photos that need to be checked or unchecked.

I'm looking at the possibility of hundreds of tracks, and thousands of photos over time so I need this to be slim-lined and easy to use.
