I have been looking into the pending delivery reports that I have been receiving on my phone. I have asked friends about what carriers they have, and it seems that I only get a delivery report that says received when a person is using the verizon network. If the person has anything other than verizon, then it is a pending notification. Is their anything that can be done about this? I am trying to make sure none of my important text messages are getting lost.
