droid download?

So I talked to a Guy today at a tint shop who said to come here and download a file and it would configure my phone differently and make it faster his was 1gig I think and allows you to use the Droid a a wifi spot among other things any one know what this download is?If so could you please post a link so I can download it?Thanks in advance Nathan
