Droid Contact Search Glitch?

I've noticed that all my contacts are showing up within my contact list however, when I search a handful of them, mostly businesses, they will not appear within the found items in the Quick Search.

Any ideas why this would happen? Or how to fix it? Even if I have to download a separate App?

What is "Quick Search"? I don't know of any built-in apps that can search the contacts list.

I downloaded Google Gestures. It is now one of my "can't live without" apps. Open it and just "gesture" the first letter of what you want to find on your phone. It will show you all contacts and music files that start with that letter. You can add more letters to get better results.
