Droid calendar and Google calendar

I'm new to the Droid world comming from the Blackberry and have been very happy thus far but only one issue. I use Outlook 2010 64bit and found out that I needed a 3rd party software to sync it with my google calendar. That works well in both direction. As for my phone, my Google calendar comes down without any problem but when I add an event to my phone, it never goes into my Google calendar when I check it. On the phone all my events show up with a "g" on it execpt the ones which I put in via the phone. I know that the "g" means google calendar, but again how do I get the phone calendar to sync with the google calendar so I can then get it to sync with my outlook.

Please help as this is very important to me. This is how I bill out my time to clients.

The Outlook plug in you are looking for is Google Calendar Synch: Getting started with Google Calendar Sync - Google Calendar Help

Not sure if the 32 bit version will work with your 64 bit version of Outlook...

The google sync will not work with the 64bit version of outlook
I then got companion link which is working fine. Issue is
Phone tp google calendar. Googlw to phone to good.
