Droid battery not charging

This issue started March 3, 2012 before going to bed last night I plug my phone into the motorola wall charger. I unplugged my phone sunday morning only to find the phone had only charged 10%. WTH!!! So I turned the phone off and repeated the charge process...the dang phone still not charging despite the lightening bolt indicator flashing. Please help with this issue.

I had this isssue on my first Bionic my charging port on the phone had an issue. Had to replace the phone and got a crappy refurbished phone which led to my 3rd and 4th bionic YAY g/l

OEM Battery, tried 2 of them still had the same problem
