Droid Battery Cover

Motorola has admitted there was a flaw with some battery doors on the Droid phones.

They are offering a supply of replacement battery covers for those experiencing this problem.

The phone number I called to order my replacement was 800-734-5870. After the language selection screen, I hit 0 a couple times to get to an operator.

Thanks for the info; lost my battery cover & called the number you provided. Replacement being mailed - should be here within 5 business days. I am going back to the Verizon store to get a battery cover to use for the next few days.
