Droid App Graphics misaligned

Hey guys,

Long time lurker, first time poster. I am having an issue with my Motorola DROID where graphics for certain apps such as Weatherbug Elite and WiFinder are misaligned. For instance, in Weatherbug the icons in it are really small, and in WiFinder a lot of the buttons are overlapping and crossing over eachother. I have had this problem before and ended up just wiping my phone and starting from scratch. I don't want to do that again but will if I absolutely have to.

Any suggestions on a fix?

I am running AdamZ's SmokedGlass 6.0 if that helps.

Thanks in advance.

No, AdamZ gives the option for an alternate font but I didn't select it. It also just kind came on suddenly. It's kind of thrown me for a loop.

Apparently AdBlock also does this as well. I reinstalled all of them and they still have the same issue. Even Weatherbug Basic does it. I did a nandroid backup and then did a wipe and it was fine. I've restored back to the nandroid backup (mostly because I don't feel like re-doing everything, but partially because this problem is vexing me and I feel the need to destroy it :-P).

Thanks for the help so far guys.

OK, so, surprisingly, I think I got it. I have an app called SpareParts, and in it there is an option to "Run older apps in compatibility mode". I tried that, and now they show up fine. I have no idea why this is.

Anybody have a reason?
