Droid acknowledge callers too slow

I got rooted Droid recently (2.1 I believe). I got my contact list transferred and set up the ringtones and such, and for some reason, my contact list loads slowly:

To summarize the problem, if person calls me that is on my contact list, their name doesn't show up for five to ten seconds. This means their picture doesn't show up on time, the custom ringtone I set doesn't play and instead default for everyone plays; It is agitating because i set all my contact to play different tunes, and this is how I track who is who...

Any suggestions on how I can fix this?

i had the same problem when i was running the Helix launcher. do you have any different launchers?

Yes I'm currently on Helix I believe (Is there any specific way to find out I am, though?)

Also, my sibling doesn't seem to be having same problem
