Droid 4 won't load past the motorola screen

I've tried to reset my phone and now it won't turn on it pulls up the motorola symbol and thats it. it has been like this for the last 3hrs please help

Uh oh. That's no good. Does the phone still have any battery left? Sounds like you may need to fastboot if it's stuck in a loop. I find using mattlgroff's D4 Utility to be the easiest. If your battery is dead you will need to get it charged somehow or buy a factory cable to provide power while fastbooting.
