Droid 3 no geek support?

Nobody cares about Droid 3, sure we can discuss covers, and simple questions. I have noticed broad questions about android gets answered. I just don't see many phone geeks in d3 forums like the D1 days. I should have got a Bionic! Follow the geeks for cool treats.

Hmmm...the D3 gets it's share of community support but the phone that will bring back the spirit of the D1 will be the Galaxy Nexus

Anyways, there are plenty of ROMs, sure not as many as the D1, but because the market is flooded with great phones now, the devs are spread thin...

Problem is that this is the last of the DROID phones to only have 3g. We'll probably see the D4 in the spring with 4g then we'll all be kicking ourselves :blink:

You saw that with the D1 because it was the only DROID branded phone at the time, it was a brand-new and never seen before product with an absolutely HUGE launch (sold more on launch week than the iphone 2G and 3G did on their launch weeks) so of course you had more people bunched together on one forum...they can't talk about phones that didn't even exist yet

Until the middle of 2010 you really only had the OG DROID, DROID X and DROID INCREDIBLE to talk about if you were on Verizon (Which is the carrier that this forum is most focused on). Now things are much more spread out, DROID phones are a dime-a-dozen these days. So yeah, you're not going to see anything compare to the OG DROID forum around it's release :blink:
