Sorry im dumb when it comes to this stuff how can I tether without paying Verizon and what is gb os # 4.5 ?

U can tether without paying Verizon by rooting ur phone and getting the Wireless Tether app
The 4.5 version is MotoBlur version and not the os version
The os version is 2.3.3 (if ur on Gingerbread)
