Droid 2 ROM for Droid??

Can someone port a Droid 2 rom over to a regular Droid 1? I would really love to have the new Blur on my phone and I think it would be an easier task than porting Sense over since both phones are very similar.

Ninjablur is pretty hated around here, I doubt you will find somebody willing to put the work into porting Moto's less than stellar UI to the D1.

I don't get what the problem is with it and why people want to remove it from their devices so quickly. I played around with e Droid2 and I thought that it was very nice and ran smoothly
