Droid 2 Exchange issue stops Bluetooth voice commands

With so much discussion about how Droid 1 did not allow Bluetooth voice commands, is anyone other than me having trouble with Bluetooth voice commands on Droid 2 once they activated Exchange? Someone said this was because Exchange locked the phone and required a PIN. Does anyone have a fix for this?
