I think what you're looking for is an app called "Qik". It can be found in the Android Market.

Tanks just wat I needed my only other question is I charged one of my phone batteries to 100 percent and put it in my pocket and used my other battery till it was at 20 percent popped in the other battery and it was at 50% any idea y

Depending on where the battery is in your pocket it can become hot enough and decrease the charge on your battery now whether or not it will decease it 50% i cant say for sure but it could be possible.
