Droid 1 Camera all psychedelic

My droid phone is having some issues with the camera. The camera is all psychedelic.
Just checking to see of an easy fix before I go to the verizon store.

It looks like there is a filter turned on, are you sure it is not through a third party app that this picture is taken with ?

Lol are you sure you don't have the settings set to solarize ?

Just checked solarize, it is not checked, color filter is set to none. Still same problem. I think it might be the physical camera. The barcode camera has the same effect.

Take some acid and enjoy the pics No, seriously, it appears to e that since it isn't checked and doing it anyway, try checking solarized and see what happens, Otherwose, just take it to Verizon. With any luck you will get a CLNR that doesnt suck.

hello ive been searching about this forever and finally found this post, just wondering what verizon told you about the issue with your camera showing inverted colors? i just bought a phone from criaglist and it seems to have this problem(yay!) so im sure i cant take it to verizon since i didnt buy it from them. but just wondering if they told you maybe what they thought the issue was?

Your camera preferences have become corrupted. Go to Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > Camera > Clear Data. (Note that the "Data" is 4k.) That should do it!
