Could someone tell me how to access and erase stuff that I have downloaded off the internet to my phone.thanks

just hit the menu bar and go to "downloads" it'll be in there.

Yeah thanks Desmond but when I hit my menu bar all I have is add preferences wallpaper quickstart and settings and those are my choices no downloads choice

Do I have to remove my sdcard to see what is on it and to erase it.

If you have a file manager go to the download folder. You can delete whatever you want.

If you do not have a file manager mount your phone and go to the download folder.

Grab a file manager such as Astro and you'll be able to delete whatever you want as mwhartman stated.

Life is alot easier with a file manager as well.
