downloading pictures in text

had 2 people sent me pictures in a text message. for the past few days its kept saying downloading. they havn't come up. any help with this?

Are the people sending these messages also on Verizon? Do they show the message as being "sent" on their phones, or are they seeing an error? Try powering off/on the phone to see if that pushes the download through, or at least gives you some kind of error.

I use hand cent and I put the picture right there worth my words
In other word long press where you want out then hot your commands

there both on verizon. i know one of them said sent. not sure about the other. i did power it off/on. still says downloading
