I downloaded some pics from a google search and facebook for wallpaper purposes and now the download complete notifications won't clear. I try clicking on the notification and pressing the clear button but they keep coming back. Anybody?
I am having the same exact issue. I actually went into the gallery and deleted the image. As soon as I deleted it, it immediately downloaded again. I cannot get it to stop continuously downloading the image. The only way I could get it to stop temporarily was to go into the settings and applications and force stop the droid downloading. However, as soon as I try to download anything else and open up the droid downloading manager, the image immediately downloads again and the notification will not go away. SOOO FRUSTRATING!! Please help!
So click on the notification bar at the top, it will show nothing. While still holding on the Notification Bar, Swipe Downwards and it will load a screen of all notifications and all you to delete which ones you want. As a test, you can attempt the Notification Bar Swipe even if there ISN'T a notification, it will just load the empty tray.
