I work a 4 on 4 off schedule and like how on LG phones I can add an event to my calendar and set it to repet every 8 days (or any ammount really) so I don't have to add each day seperatlly. Is there an app I can install that would let me do that?

I too had trouble figuring this out because the wording wasn't clear to me.

The Google calendar has a repeating option and the correct option to select is Daily. When you select daily, you can then specify the number of days. For example, I have an appointment every 28 days which isn't monthly or weekly, etc and I originally didn't think daily was the right option either. Anyway, select daily and then 8 days and you'll find it repeats as you desire.

That is how you do it, if you still have trouble doing it on the phone try going to www.google.com/calendar and do it there.

Since the calendar is synced with the phone whatever you do here will be pushed to your phone calendar, and whatever you do on your phone will be pushed to the web calendar.

When I select daily it does not give the option of picking a # of days, am I missing something? I tap daily and it selects daily and adds the event EVERY day of the week.

Thanks! did it on my computer and it worked.

One more ? I just did an event and tested it and set a notification and all the droid did was it said "droid" can I change that? I use this as an alarm to wake me up in the morning and "droid" will not wake me.

Wrong ?
I do know how to change the sound what I need to know is can I make the notification repeat or am I stuck with just the "sound" once?
