Does the Droid X or Droid 2 play music through USB?

Hello, I currenty have a BlackBerry Storm and going to upgrade to a Droid (FINALLY) and my current choices are the Droid X and the Droid 2. I just had a a question is they can play music to my car which is a Scion Tc through its USB? Just how it can with an iPod. Your help would greatly be appreciated!

I would also like to know if anyone has an App for this? I would even pay for it so I don't have to have an Ipod to use this functionality with my stereo in my truck.
