Does Quick Office come on the X?

I got an email with a MS Word file attached and I was able to open it with my Droid X. I believe the program was Quick Office. I didn't DL this and I can't seem to find the app on my phone. Where did it come from and what can I do with Quick Office?

There is a reader that comes with the phone. IIRC, you can not write or edit the Word doc without a separate app - and I don't think there are any free writing apps for word docs.

Does it read Excel or Powerpoint files as well? I'll probably have to spring for Docs to Go...
