i tried to do the onclick unrevoded method of rooting my droid incredible and it didnt work now i cant boot up my phone i need a factory zip file to restore it i dont need anything special jus something.

Dl'd the one that says stock2.1

Put on sd card. Then go to recovery mode and click install from sd card. Find that zip you just put on then boom.. Should be working phone.

its still having the same problem its at the first htc incredible screen

Your best option would be to get back to stock.

Dl'd that and put on sd card. Boot into fastboot let it do its thing. You will now be completely back to stock. No root and back on stock recovery. Then retry the tool.

Also i think you tried more then the unrevoked method. I havent seen this happen before

how do you boot into fastboot
