It's easy with Google Voice. Not sure on a stock Droid though.

Not sure if this will work, but I'm pretty sure you can put your phone in Airplane mode. That will prevent all calls from getting through.

It also stops data. You would need to be in wifi to pull it off that way.

I have a huge problem with the incoming call alert beep cutting off my conversation during the 3 or 4 beep cycle that it goes through, is there a way to disable the beeping sound?
