Different vibrations possible?

I'm new to this whole Droid thing, so please ignore me if I sound [Edited by FoxKat for content] or like a total n00b. Basically, when on vibrate mode, I've noticed that it gives two short vibes for receiving an email, or sms/mms. I'm wondering if there's an app or a way to have it so emails have a different vibe pattern than sms/mms, so if I'm in a situation where I have to go to vibe only, I will be able to differentiate between an incoming text versus an incoming email.

I know that handcent has a way to change the vibration for sms. it has presets, and you can set customs (by way of milisecond off, milisecond on, milisecond off, milisecond on, etc)
