Differences between 211 leak and OTA

So has anyone been able to confirm that there are any differences between the two ? Looking at the version/build number screenshots that have been posted I haven't seen any differences.

One item I was wondering about it whether all of the "Developer Options" are still enabled in the OTA ?

No, hashes are exactly the same its 100% the same file.

How about the difference from the .210 leak? I am probably just going to stay on 210. No point in going thru all the hassle of fast booting and all that jazz.
