developer settings reverting back

When I plug in my S3 to charge, I like it not to sleep so I set it in developer settings to stay awake while charging. I notice that I have to continually reset this. Has anyone else experienced this and is there a fix.

Looking for any input on why changes under developer settings don't stay???
