Deleted icons accidentally

Accidentally deleted icons ... How do i retrieve them out the trashcan or open up the trashcan?

Or where can i access some more direct contact shortcuts on the first alternate home screen to the right?

It should be at the bottom of your screen in the middle. Just press it and flick it upwards to open. To place an app from the drawer onto your homescreen, just long press whatever app you want.
