As always these deals are only available to new contracts and customers with eligible upgrades. If you have been holding off on picking up a 4G LTE device, now would be a great time to give in. After the $100 off, Motorola's Droid Bionic is free, both the Droid 4 and the Droid RAZR are $99, and the Droid RAZR MAXX is down to $199.
