I just tried this about 2 hours ago and so far I have not had any data drops and I just downloaded the 304MB ICS leak without any problems (which I probably won't install if this works, I'll wait for the OTA). So far...so good though, but only time will tell. I'll have a better idea if this is "truly" a fix by later today or tomorrow, but THANKS MUCH FOR THE INFO!!!! Great tip Fokkerdmr!

Anyone else have any luck with this?

This sounds temporary, as even going into WiFi seems to "break" it.

Gross generalization. In the FEW data drops I've ever had in the 7 months I've had my bionic toggling airplane mode has fixed it first try.

Honestly I thought this whole idea was bogus as well but after I did it I swear I've had pretty good luck. Its dropped data twice in about 10hrs time vs before couldn't keep data cause 905 has been horrible for me. Could be coincidence but alot seem to be saying something positive.

As much az i loathe saying this about a linux distro...it's like microsux "restarting the process fixes everything (until the process crashes again)"
