what is wrong? I can't get anything from market. is says I have network connection. please someone help me

my bionic does that from time to time a reboot usually fixes

I shut my razr off and take the SIM card out for 30 seconds and that usually works but nothing is working this time

Are you saying you are on 3G/4G and and it won't update? Check in Play to make sure you don't have it set to only update over wifi. Menu>Settings>Update over wifi only
