Daniel Danker say "It will never be as easy to develop for Android as Apple!" YIKES!!

One dev does not make or break an OS. Android is growing and continues to grow just as much as iOS.

A year ago I may have agreed. But the problem with apple is they got fat and happy and they stopped working. They serve up the same old retooled slop because they know their fan base will eat it up. Android "fragmentation" is part of their strength. Every day android is not only competing against apple but also themselves (similar oems). 3 years ago Motorola was king of android, 2 years ago Htc was coming up fast behind motorola, last year Samsung began to take some numbers away from motorola and htc. And now Samsung is sitting at the top as king.
Apple really need to innovate or at least do a better job at providing fans with a device that is forward looking. Quite frankly Apple is getting as stale as motorola, and motorola is at least putting 24 hour + batteries in their phones.

Apple has somewhat hit a plateau because their most innovative man passed away. He was the driving force behind Apple and the one to really push that company forward with new ideas. You can't really say they've really changed much ever since his passing except for a few little upgrades in hardware and software. Even as a non-Apple fan, I was always curious as to what they would show off in their annual Apple event, but the last two have been quite stale. Heck, even Apple fanbase was underwhelmed with the iPhone 5, I know some that wish it had a larger screen:D
