D2 stuck at Moto M

I need rescue squad help. I have a D2 and it is currently stuck on the M symbol. I was trying to reinstall a saved backup and now it won't do anything. HELP

Have you tried holding the "X" when powering the phone on to attempt to boot into recovery?
