Custom Taskbar?

On my droid i downloaded PandaHome, i kinda fell in love with the custom Bar on the bottom, like how you can change it to a pumpkin or something like that. Is their any way to do that on my Vista? Like instead of the same old blue windows ball thing you can change it to a cooler thing, or even change the whole bar?

If you are rooted, I believe that the tool to use is the metamorph app. Search the forum. Here are two links that may provide additional insight.
