cpu temperature fail safe

On my droid my fail safe profile is set @ 43.7 degrees C should I lower or bump it up a bit?

Using chevy's 1ghz for 2.2 Low volt

I read somewhere that the droid's cpu highest operating temp was somewhere around 70°C... I still set mine around 60°C though...

Maybe I'm being too safe... i don't know

mines 50 C. thats pretty hot to touch but still not anywhere close to the chips rated temp.

SetCPU (or any temp monitors) cannot read cpu temps on 2.2 kernels yet. Just to clarify. So your failsafe is for battery, which has a different heat threshold you should be looking for (sorry I don't know it offhand; google search for it).

I chose 43 as well. not a bad thing, hopefully soon we'll get CPU temps.

I may up it later, but right now I've not reached that limit yet...

System monitor can read them though, you can do monitoring and look at the history.

I play games and use flash videos. I use set cpu
