Could this work for sharing large files

Now that google docs allows us to upload any type of files, is there a way to upload files form our phones to google docs that are to large to email from gmail on android?

But isn't the file size limited to 100MB? Most of my video's are 400-700MB in size, assuming that's what you were talking about.
