I want to know if this is an isolated problem with my Droid. When I am in Landscape mode, I noticed my contacts won't rotate, but when I chose the person I want to call it rotates. I have to view my contacts on an angle when it's in my car docking station. If it's my phone I'll get another one, but if it isn't, can anyone recommend a better program that rotates to landscape.

I have been playing with aContacts. It will rotate in landscape but may not be verysuitable for use in the car - each contact appears as an icon and the text is quite small.

when the phone is closed, the default orientation of the home screen is to NOT rotate in landscape mode. the phone/contacts app is victim to this as well. the best solution would be to open the keyboard or to download a home replacement.
