contact name changes

ok dumb question time, i synced my droid with facebook and all the contacts came over fine but how do i change their names? ie: nicknames or such? it only kept the nicknames of certain contacts synced with facebook, why not all?

Contacts synced from facebook cannot be edited, you need to go in to your contacts and make a contact with the same name as the facebook contact. When you resync your facebook contacts they should overwrite eachother and then you can edit it. If it does not overwrite itself than you need to manually merge the two contacts into one
